2026 Nora Cooney Marra Compassionate Care Awards

On April 15, we celebrated the 2026 Nora Cooney Marra Compassionate Care Awards honoring five members of Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center. Awards were presented in each of the five categories: Allied Health Professionals, Advanced Practice Providers, Nursing, Attending Staff, Faculty/Fellows. The awardees model the Northwestern Medicine value of Compassionate Care and we are proud to honor their dedication. Awards were presented by the Lynne Hemmer, President of The Woman’s Board of Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Leonidas Platanias, MD, PhD, Director, Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center.
