Eleanor Wood-Prince Grant Initiative

The Eleanor Wood-Prince Grant Initiative: A Project of The Woman's Board of Northwestern Memorial Hospital, helps fund vital medical, nursing and management staff projects at Northwestern Medicine. Since the inception of the Eleanor Wood-Prince Grant Initiative in 2001, over $1.6 million has been awarded to 73 grant recipients as part of this competitive Woman's Board grant process. The results of this initial research have been instrumental in earning millions in additional research funding through the NIH and other sources and in furthering the advancement of medical science and patient care.
